Our dark, natural, unsweetened chocolate from the Ecuadorian Amazon has a delicious taste and highly aromatic flavor, and is free of pesticides and preservatives. This chocolate is produced from shade-grown Teobroma cacao trees at 450 meters above sea level in a tropical environment with high rainfall (3000 mm/year), a year-round average temperature of (30ºC), and high relative humidity (80%). The cacao trees are naturally pollinated, the fruit is harvested by hand, and the cacao beans are fermented and dried in small batches within our facilities under precise conditions to ensure the consistent quality for this healthy and nutritious food that is rich in natural fiber and antioxidants.
